LGB eSports have announced via their official website that Kristoffer "Mystic" Michelsen has joined their CS:GO team on a permanent basis.
The Norwegian talent has been playing for LGB since it was revealed that Håvard "rain" Nygaard had attracted the interest ofMikail "Maikelele" Bill and Adil "ScreaM" Benrlitom, the masterminds behind Team Kinguin's international roster.
He has been able to establish himself in the team with a string of impressive displays, helping fans to forget the exit of Nygaard, who was widely considered to be the biggest talent on the roster.

Earlier in the month, Kristoffer "Mystic" Michelsen was linked with an account that has been banned since early 2014, prompting LGB to approach Valve, which cleared the 19-year-old of any wrongdoing.
LGB have now tied down Michelsen on a permanent deal as they have high hopes for the player, labelling him as the organisation's "bet for the future of the team".
"It’s with great pleasure to finally have Kristoffer on the team, he’s a young talented player and brings alot of firepower to the team," LGB manager Kevin "kevz" Mikkelsen said in a statement.
"We are really excited to see him develop within the team, he got some excellent rolemodels and players around him to help him develop his gameplay, im confident in Mystic and the future."
The future of Preben "prb" Gammelsæter, who has been playing for LGB since Bill was released, remains unclear as he continues to be listed as a backup player by the organisation.
LGB currently field the following lineup:
Ruben "RUBINO" Villarroel Joakim "jkaem" Myrbostad Pål "Polly" Kammen Kristoffer "Mystic" Michelsen Preben "prb" Gammelsæter (stand-in)
